No subscription is currently offered for sale. These terms describe how subscriptions will work when a product is approved for sale.

Plans

A subscription may be monthly or annual. The price, billing interval and what is included are shown before you pay.

Renewal and cancellation

The renewal date and how to cancel are shown at purchase and in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Access after expiry

Access to a hosted product continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and is then suspended unless renewed. What happens to your data after expiry will be stated for each product.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
