Software Licence Terms

No software licence is currently offered for sale. These terms describe the general principles that will apply.

Scope

Each licence is defined by the product page and the order: the product, the type of access (hosted or self-hosted), the permitted users or sites, and the period.

Restrictions

Unless the law allows it or we agree in writing, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or remove notices from our software.

Hosting, updates and support

Hosting, updates and support are provided only as stated for the product. We do not promise lifetime hosting, unlimited use, or lifetime updates or support.

Self-hosted deployments

Self-hosted licences are offered only for products that can genuinely be installed and maintained in your own environment. Technical requirements, third-party dependencies, support period and update policy will be stated for the product.

Ownership

The software remains the property of DIGITAL.KSA LTD or its licensors. A licence gives you the right to use it, not to own it.
